Refunds

You may find in some cases that you would like a refund for a gift you have purchased. You can do that by reaching out to the person you sent a gift to. Cheersend provides an easy way for you to do this. Since refunds are handled between you and the person you sent a gift to, we do not assist in the refund or have control over the process. You will be able to request a refund up to 24 hours after you have sent a gift.

You can request a refund by contacting the person you sent the gift to via DM.

Requesting a refund via the gift screen

You can also request a refund by going to any gift and clicking the Request Refund button. This will notify the receiver that you would like a refund for the gift you purchased. Remember, it is still their choice to grant the refund to you.
