Digital item stock levels

Digital items are similar to physical goods and may carry a stock level (the number of items available for purchase). In some cases, an item may be out-of-stock when we try to place an order for it. This guide provides more information on how we handle situations where a digital item is not available.

How we handle unavailability for digital items

When an item is unavailable at the time of ordering, we will credit the value of the item to your wallet, to allow you to purchase it for yourself. We don't have control over how long it takes to re-stock an item, so it is preferable for both you and the sender to receive the value in this case. You can choose to refund the item at your discretion.
