To be able to receive physical goods, you'll need to be located in a country that supports shipping, and have a location set up on your account that tells us where to deliver your goods to.
Add a location to your account
You can add your location by visiting the locations section of the dashboard and filling in your information.
How we handle your location information
We securely store and protect your locations on your systems, and only reveal this when you request to view them, or when we need to use this information to place orders for gifts you have received. Simply, we don't use or show this information unless we have to.
Encryption-at-rest, key rotation and air-gapping 🔐
We use multiple layers of security by securing your personal data in-transit and at-rest with strong, military-grade encryption that is updated regularly, and use segmentation and air-gapping within our infrastrucure.
This means that it is useless even if this data is compromised in the case of an attack, and that systems that hold this information are not accessible to the public.
