You are required to verify your account before you can receive a payout from us. This is a legal requirement that we have to do to stay compliant and prevent fraud from taking place on our platform.

Why is verification needed?

While the vast majority of our users use our platform with good intentions, there are some people that will try to use Cheersend for bad purposes. To prevent this, we perform KYC and AML monitoring so that we can catch fraud before it affects us.

When is verification required?

You will be asked to verify your account before you can receive a payout. You will be able to access our verification process when you have reached $20 worth of gifts in your account.

What you will need

You will need to submit a proof-of-identity document and verify your identity for our compliance process. This is a quick exercise, and should not take longer than three minutes to complete.

How long does verification take?

Your account is usually verified immediately after you successfully complete our verification process. In some cases this may take longer if you do not submit clear documents or your submission requires manual intervention.
